These round key chains are made of hitched horsehair. I have many different design possibilities with this style. You can order it with or without a bottom tassel. Below are some examples of different designs and color combinations.

The hitched part of the key chain is approximately 3 inches long. If you add a tassel to the bottom it can add an additional 2 inches to the length.
